The new DA "logo" aka #logofail
It's somebody else's TRADEMARK, not somebody else's ARTWORK.
You are required, it's not an option or something for little children, required at law, to respect other people's trademarks, not "pass off" ie use them or some version of them, not profit from them and acknowledge them.
DA's amateur hour logo is bland generic and unrepresentative for DA in any case.
As for all the passive aggressive "I am PC and I know foreigners" stuff- we all do. It's 2014. And it's irrelevant.
Now the DA brains trust will go into secret damage control mode. Rather than apologising and admitting error and listening to their customers. Which means it will never get better.
